FindBias offers digital services through subscription plans. These are non-tangible products, which means we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless explicitly stated below:
- No Refunds for Subscriptions: Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased and the service accessed. By subscribing, you agree to waive the right to claim a refund once your account has been activated and access to the service granted.
- Recurring Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. However, the current subscription period is non-refundable, and no prorated refunds will be provided for unused portions.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations, we may consider refunds under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using the service, and we are unable to resolve these issues, a refund may be considered.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will process a refund for the duplicate payments.
3. Refund Process

- We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Account Settings page. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
